Dr. Ting may occasionally be required to attend to emergency cases.  While this is an infrequent occurrence, this may result in a delay to your scheduled appointment. We will do our best to keep you informed of potential wait times, and apologize for any inconvenience.

What to Bring With You

Please bring the following items with you to every visit as individual appointments may be subject to rescheduling if failure to provide the proper documentation:

• Government Issued Photo Identification Card
• Current Health Insurance Card OR Worker’s Comp Adjustor Information
• Any Disability Forms that may need to be reviewed and signed *Processing Fee Applies*
• List of Medications you are currently taking
• Imaging related to the issue you are being seen for (X-Ray, MRI, CT, etc)
• Any notes or reports from your referring physician

PLEASE NOTE: No Shows will be subject to a cancellation fee.  Please contact us 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time.
